DataMine connects business owners with buyers interested in licensing or purchasing operational business data. We provide free, no-obligation estimates of what a business's data may be worth. An estimate is not an offer, appraisal, or guarantee of payment.

3. No guarantee of earnings

Figures shown on the Site, including ranges such as $150K to $3M, are illustrative and based on typical transactions. They do not constitute a promise, projection, or guarantee of what any particular data set will earn. Actual outcomes depend on the size, quality, and marketability of your data and on terms negotiated with buyers.

4. Referral fees and compensation

DataMine may receive a referral fee, commission, or other compensation from buyers or partners in connection with transactions arranged through the Site. Any compensation arrangement between DataMine and a buyer is separate from the terms of your own agreement and does not change what you are offered.

5. Your responsibilities

• You confirm the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to share it.
• You confirm you have the legal right, or are properly authorized on behalf of the business, to discuss the sale or licensing of its data.
• You agree not to submit false, misleading, or unlawful content through the Site.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, and branding, is owned by DataMine and its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your business data to us. Any transfer or licensing of your data happens only under a separate written agreement you choose to sign.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every valuation request will result in an offer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataMine and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any estimate provided through it.

9. Third-party services

The Site may reference or link to third-party products and services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.
